Find differences in published rates for the same product. Each pair needs a known, matching action category, overlapping countries and a single fixed rate on both recently checked, active listings. Generic CPA labels, averages, rate ranges and overdue checks do not qualify. Currency conversion must be known.
A higher listed payout is a reason to check the terms. Traffic rules, conversion requirements, approval, caps and your negotiated rate still need confirmation with the network.
