Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 25 July 2026
1. The short version
CPA Radar Pro is $19 per month. You can cancel at any time, and if Pro isn't for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of a charge and we'll give your money back. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
Cancelling and refunding are two different things, which is why they work differently:
- Cancelling stops future charges. You do it yourself, instantly, from your account page — see section 4. No need to contact us.
- A refund reverses a payment you have already made. That has to be authorised by a person and issued by our payment processor, so you request it by email — see section 3.
You do not have to cancel in order to get a refund, and you do not have to ask for a refund in order to cancel. Do either, or both.
2. Free plan — no trial needed
We don't run a time-limited free trial, because we don't need one: the free plan is permanent, not a countdown. Every offer, network and product page is public, and a free account already includes full payout history, the change feed, watchlists, saved searches and email digests. You can decide whether the data is useful to you before paying anything.
3. 7-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied, email support@cparadar.com within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. You don't have to give a reason, and you don't have to argue for it.
Why email rather than a button? Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for all CPA Radar purchases — they take the payment and they issue the refund. A refund has to be authorised on our side and then processed on theirs, so unlike cancelling there is no self-service button for it. One email is all it takes; we do the rest. If you'd rather deal with the payment processor directly, you can also contact Lemon Squeezy support using the receipt they emailed you.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. It usually takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
The 7-day window applies to each charge, including renewals — so if a renewal catches you by surprise, you have a week to tell us.
4. Cancelling — you do this yourself
Go to Billing in your account and follow the “manage subscription” link. That opens Lemon Squeezy's secure customer portal, where you can cancel, or update the card you pay with. It takes effect immediately and you never have to contact us to do it.
Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for — we don't cut you off mid-month — and your account then reverts to the free plan. Your watchlists, saved searches and reviews are kept.
5. Fair use
Pro includes bulk CSV export and programmatic API access. We reserve the right to decline a refund where an account has used those features to extract data in bulk before requesting it, or where an account appears to have been created to obtain a refund repeatedly. This is not about ordinary use — export what you need, use the API as intended, and ask for a refund if it isn't working out. It exists so that “subscribe, download everything, refund” isn't a business model at our expense.
We may also decline where an account has breached the Terms of Service.
6. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Lemon Squeezy retries it over several days and emails you. If it ultimately fails, your account reverts to the free plan — nothing is deleted, and you can subscribe again whenever you like.
7. Price changes
If we change the price of Pro, existing subscribers are told by email before it takes effect, and the new price only applies from the next renewal. You can cancel before then if you don't want to continue.
8. Contact
Refunds, cancellations, billing questions — anything at all: support@cparadar.com. We answer billing email first.
