Politicians, government ministries and institutions, officials, religious figures - Use in advertising is prohibited (all geos)

Fictional doctors (people who do not exist in reality) - Can be used without restriction Restrictions:  

- It is necessary to comply with the targeting requirements; 18+ targeting is NOT accepted. The minimum age target for each individual offer is specified in this table, in the Age Target column.

- It is prohibited to use an unapproved traffic source (for example, launching Tiktok or Popunder instead of Facebook).

- It is prohibited to use an incorrect product form factor in advertising (e.g., cream instead of drops, or tablets instead of gel).

- It is prohibited to use obviously false and impossible promises (e.g., “the gel will increase your height by 5 cm in 1 month” / “I cured my hypertension in 1 month” / “I lose 1 kg per day”).

- It is prohibited to indicate an incorrect price on the landing page (for example, the product in the offer costs €39, but the advertisement indicates €19).

- It is prohibited to indicate an incorrect price for a course (for example, “monthly course for €39,” “second package as a gift”) if this is not explicitly stated in the offer description. You can find out the correct pricing for selling a course from your manager.

- It is prohibited to state in advertising that the product will produce rapid results in less than one month. We recommend stating that the effect will be achieved after a “full course,” and the operator will provide information about the duration of the courses during the call.

- It is prohibited to use other names or designs of other goods that do not match our product in advertising.

- It is prohibited to use fraud or motivated traffic.
