Rules for using content created using artificial intelligence:
 

1. Labeling of AI content

If you use videos or audio created using artificial intelligence, such content must be labeled “Suni intellekt.

The label should be visible and placed on the video or next to the content.

Distributing AI content without such labeling may result in an administrative fine of up to USD 60.

2. Using the image of real people

It is forbidden to use the face, voice, or image of real people created or modified using AI without their official consent.

For such a violation, the law provides for a fine from 2000 to 4000 USD.

Responsibility

In case of violation of these requirements, the responsibility for the posted content and possible penalties is fully borne by the webmaster who posted such material.


 It is strictly forbidden to use it in creatives: 
- Local real people for a specific geo, including celebrities, doctors, experts and any real person 

- Real local people in promotional materials without official permission


Important:
- Using such images without their consent can lead to serious legal consequences

- All traffic received from such creatives is not paid for and will be rejected
