Named, quoted, depicted, or visually recognizable — all prohibited.

Deepfakes and synthetic likenesses

— no AI-generated images, audio, or video depicting real, identifiable persons.

Generic AI illustrative imagery is permitted.

Medical and health claims

— no therapeutic, curative, or preventive claims; no references to specific diseases; no comparisons to medicines; no fabricated clinical data.

Communication should focus on the product's ingredients and their established role, using only health claims authorized under EU Regulation

Fabricated testimonials

— no invented user reviews, fake comment sections, or fabricated social proof.

Incentivized, adult, bot, or injected traffic

— no cashback, PTC, reward walls, adult sources, bot traffic, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or iframe injection.

Email without verified double opt-in

and unsolicited SMS.

Brand impersonation

— no fake social accounts, pages, or domains posing as the brand.

Duplicate lead submissions

— no repeated submission of the same lead, whether through resubmission, minor data variations, or any manipulation intended to generate multiple conversions from a single user.
