Ingredients: 

Collagen (collagen Hydrolysate - 4000 mg) – collagen is the basic building component of cartilage, ligaments and tendons.

Vitamin C - 160 mg (200%) - stimulates collagen synthesis, affecting the rate of wound healing and fractures. As a powerful antioxidant, it protects the body from free radicals and reduces cell damage caused by diseases and aging processes. In addition, it lowers blood pressure and regulates blood glucose.

Glucosamine sulphate (Glucosamine Sulfate 2KCI) - 80 mg - Glucosamine  has anti-inflammatory properties and stimulates collagen synthesis. It also protects tissues from fibrosis, which supports the treatment of osteoarthritis. Collagen, in turn, is the basic building component of cartilage, ligaments and tendons.

Chondroitin sulfate (Chondroitin Sulfate - 10 mg ), Chondroitin is one of the fundamental components that co-create cartilage and synovial fluid - extremely important elements within the musculoskeletal system, which ensure optimal sliding function and effective functioning of joint joints. Thanks to chondroitin, the body gains adequate cushioning for mechanical injuries.

Hyaluronic acid (Hyaluronic acid - 5 mg) – Hyaluronic acid protects cartilage against excessive load and friction. Indirectly, it also provides adequate hydration of cartilage and stimulates joint structures for the spontaneous production of protective factors.
