The use of advertising materials with state symbols of ministries and departments, the indication of institutions, clinics, doctors and media personalities in advertising is prohibited!

It is prohibited to use:

• The use of images, first names, or last names of well-known Georgian figures is prohibited—mentioning Georgian celebrities, public figures, or doctors is not allowed.
• Photos, first names, or last names of Georgian doctors—their use in advertising materials is prohibited.
• Phrases such as “invented by a Georgian” or “created by a Georgian student”—are not permitted if they are not true.
• The phrase “free for retirees” must not be used.
• False references to government programs—it is prohibited to imply that a product is funded or distributed by the Georgian Ministry of Health.
• Incorrect product descriptions—for example, if a product is sold in capsules, it must not be described as drops.
• Inaccurate information about the composition—ingredients must be listed accurately; it is prohibited to list fictitious ingredients (for example: “made with baking soda and lemon” if that is not the case).
• The phrase “completely free” or similar expressions must be replaced with “as part of a special offer” or “under special conditions.” Only the phrase “free” is permitted, without the addition of the word “completely.
