Requirements for Advertising Materials

• Target audience: strictly 35+;

• Acceptable approaches: medical research, news format, personal story, description of a solution to a problem;

• Strict adherence to the product’s form factor when promoting the advertising campaign, including landing and pre-landing pages;

• Compliance with the approved pricing policy in all promotional materials and advertising launches.

It is strictly forbidden to use the following information in promotional materials:

Names of Hungarian ministries, institutes, broadcasts, medical centers, news, etc.

Names and photos of Hungarians. Especially specialists from the medical field. Specialists should be from other countries.

Prohibited

• Use of the names of local ministries, institutions, medical facilities, TV programs, and news outlets;

• Using the names, photos, or mentions of celebrities, journalists, real doctors, and other public figures;

• Using aggressive medical approaches and misleading wording, including:

- promises of a complete cure in a short period of time;

- guaranteed results;

- false or unsubstantiated medical claims.

In the event of violations of these rules, the affiliate program reserves the right to freeze funds and to review the terms of further cooperation.

The hold on traffic validation is 5 days because the customer has the right to contact the call centre and cancel their order within 120 hours, so if the customer cancels the order within 5 days, the status of the lead changes from approved to trash.
