This clinical trial is testing an investigational oral medication alongside the approved drug dapagliflozin against a placebo/dapagliflozin combination to determine its effectiveness in preventing heart failure in high-risk adults. All trial-related procedures and medication (including ECGs and lab tests) are provided at no cost, and participants may be reimbursed for reasonable expenses.

Targeting: Consumers aged 40–99 who have been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and at least two other cardiovascular diseases or risk factors. Qualified participants must meet specific systolic and diastolic blood pressure ranges.
