Horse Chestnut (Aesculus Hippocastanum seed extract) has a powerful anti-inflammatory effect and reduces symptoms of hemorrhoids. Its most potent substance called aescin reduces inflammation and the swelling of blood vessels helping with rectal bleeding.

Gingko Biloba (Ginkgo Biloba leaf extract) may exert their beneficial effects in hemorrhoids by its anti-inflammatory and venoprotective activity.

Arnica (Arnica Montana flower extract) has astringent properties.

Almond oil (Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis) has anti-inflammatory properties that can minimize the hemorrhoids symptoms. It has softening properties that soak into the deep tissues of the skin, easing inflammation, burning, and itching.
