The following may not be used in advertising:

— images and names of local doctors, MPs, officials, journalists and celebrities;

— AI-generated fake news, pseudo-interviews and material imitating local media;

— claims regarding the treatment or guaranteed cure of diseases;

— aggressive medical promises relating to cancer, diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular diseases and other serious conditions.

The following phrases are also prohibited:

— “cures cancer”;

— “replaces medication”;

— “100% cure”;

— “doctors are hiding the truth” and similar claims.
