Description
This clinical research study evaluates an investigational vaccine designed to prevent invasive Group B Streptococcus (GBS) disease in infants. Participants undergo a comprehensive 21-month program including physical exams, laboratory tests, and e-diary monitoring to assess vaccine efficacy and safety.

Targeting: Pregnant females aged 18-49 in the United States who are expecting a single child and did not conceive via IVF.
Restrictions: Excludes participants with fetal abnormalities, IVF pregnancies, or those using immunosuppressant medications; study may end by January 30, 2026.
