❗️The use of false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to: • guarantees of a complete cure; • claims regarding results within a specific timeframe (e.g. "cured within 17 hours" or "first results within 17 hours"); • incorrect or missing pricing information; • invalid, outdated, or misleading promotional offers; • any other statements that may mislead users regarding the product or offer. ❗️Publishers are responsible for ensuring that pricing and promotional information displayed in advertising materials accurately reflects the current offer conditions. ❗️In the event of a violation, our affiliate network reserves the right to: • suspend processing of the affected traffic; • cancel leads and/or approved orders (approvals); • temporarily or permanently restrict access to specific offers and/or GEOs; • apply additional compliance measures based on the severity and frequency of violations. ❗️If a violation is detected, the publisher will be notified and granted up to 12 (twelve) hours to correct the issue. ❗️Where pricing discrepancies, misleading promotions, or other objective inaccuracies are identified, the publisher may be required to provide active advertising links for compliance review or independently remove the violation within the specified timeframe. ❗️Failure to remedy the issue within the provided period, continued delivery of non-compliant traffic, or repeated violations may result in traffic suspension, cancellation of approvals, or restrictions on access to offers and GEOs without further notice. ❗️Access restricted due to compliance violations may be restored only after the publisher provides updated promotional materials confirming that all information presented to end users is accurate and compliant. ❗❗ Using the names of existing local doctors, celebrities, or other celebrities, including public figures, or religious figures, is strictly prohibited. ❗❗ If unapproved celebrities or doctors are used, our affiliate network reserves the right to cancel all previously approved requests related to the specified celebrity/doctor or traffic flow for which a violation was detected, block payments for these requests, and stop processing traffic received at the time the violation was discovered.
