- Medical terminology:

Words such as “medicine,” “drug,” “doctor,” “clinically proven,” “research,” “recommended by pharmacists,” “pharmacies.”

- AI-generated images:

Using AI-generated photos resembling celebrities, doctors, or government officials.

- Product misrepresentation:

Altering packaging, inventing ingredients, or falsely attributing origin (e.g., “developed by NASA”).

- Shock content:

Violence, abuse, war, protests, arrests, prisons, death, funerals, or religious rituals.

- Media imitation:

Copying the design or logos of French-language media, creating fake news websites.

- Use of faces:

Real people without consent, recognizable personalities, or people wearing medical uniforms.

- Legal risks:

Violations may result in imprisonment (6–12 months) and fines up to 10 million CFA francs.
