Recommendations for creatives:

1) instructing the client in the creative to wait for order confirmation by phone

One tip is to add a checkbox on the order form for the client to select, indicating they agree to receive a call to confirm the order

Here an example:

("I agree to receive a call to confirm my order.")

Spanish:

"Acepto recibir una llamada para confirmar mi pedido".

2) In many cases, Android smartphones come with an "unknown call blocker" activated by default, so clients  don't hear the CC call.

It's also recommended to disable this blocker for at least an hour.
